Welcome to Plaza Verde RV Park. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests. The following policies are established to ensure a positive experience for everyone. By making a reservation and/or entering the park, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

- Check-In: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
General Policies
- Management is available to assist you during your stay. Please contact the office with any questions or concerns.
- Failure to settle your balance prior to departure authorizes Plaza Verde RV Park to charge the credit card on file for outstanding fees and damages.
- Management reserves the right to modify rules and pricing without notice and to require any guest or visitor to vacate the premises for violations or disruptive behavior.
- Plaza Verde RV Park, its ownership, and employees are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal property.
- Cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and money orders are not accepted.
Guests & Visitors
- All visitors must register with the office.
- Sites are priced for two (2) occupants and one (1) vehicle unless otherwise approved.
- Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and their guests.
- Failure to comply with all terms and conditions will result in the removal of the entire party without a refund.
- Visitors must depart the park by 10:00 PM.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Children must be supervised at all times. Children twelve (12) years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Plaza Verde RV Park and management is not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from ANY cause.
Vehicles
- The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.
- Parking on concrete pads is prohibited.
- Overnight parking along park roadways is not permitted.
- All vehicles must display current registration and tags.
Pet Policy
- Pets must remain on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended.
- Pets are not permitted in park buildings, unless a service animal.
- Guests must clean up after their pets. A $50 cleaning fee applies for violations.
- Proof of current vaccinations is required.
- Management reserves the right to refuse aggressive pets or restricted breeds.
RV & Site Appearance
- Guests must maintain their site in a clean and orderly condition.
- RVs older than twenty (20) years require prior management approval.
- Tents, FEMA trailers, pop-ups, truck campers, and temporary structures are prohibited.
- Trash dumpsters are for household garbage only.
- Alcohol must be consumed responsibly at your site only. Illegal substances and disruptive conduct are prohibited.
- All RVs must have proper holding tanks, jack pads, surge protectors, and secure sewer connections. All Sewer hoses must be on sewer stands.
- Items or storage bins are not permitted to placed or stored under your RV.
- Pet fences are not permitted
- Sheds and carports are not permitted
- 1 patio set is permitted
- No storing any household items outside. This is to include washers, driers, freezers or refrigerators.
- Automobiles are not to be worked on or cleaned on property.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for shortened stays.
Monthly Guests
- Monthly guests are temporary occupants and not permanent residents.
- Reservations are issued in three (3) month increments at management’s discretion.
- Electric service is not included in the monthly rate.
- Payment is due on the 1st of each month. A $50 late fee applies after the 6th day.
- Non-working or non-registered vehicles are prohibited.
- Electric is not included with the monthly rental price.
- Work trailer, equipment and materials are not permitted.
Indemnity & Waiver of Liability
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plaza Verde RV Park, its owners, and employees from any claims or damages arising from use of the RV site.
Theft of Service and Criminal Trespass Law
- Any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW.”
- Plaza Verde RV Park may terminate this Agreement for any or no reason by providing User a notice for User to leave the RV Site. User agrees to render peaceful possession of the RV Site to Campground within three (3) days of the date provided on the Agreement Termination Notice. The three (3) days’ notice shall not be required if termination is the result of an Act of Default (as defined below). Campground may recover, as damages for User’s early termination of this Agreement, an amount equal to the amount that remains outstanding for the term of this Agreement. User shall not have the right to assign or sublet the RV site here under to any person or persons. In the event any legal proceedings of any kind are instituted to collect unpaid rates as outlined in the rates and fees or electrical charges, Campground may collect from user all reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in pursuing such action. Campground’s failure to insist on strict compliance with the terms or conditions of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that term or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of any right or power at any one time or times be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of the right or power for all or any other times. If any provision of this agreement is held illegal, void or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this agreement shall remain operative and binding on the parties.
- If you or anyone staying with you have been convicted of a crime, you must call the office before making a reservation. If you or anyone staying with you are on probation or parole, we are unable to accept any reservations.
- AS A CUSTOMER OF Plaza Verde and by making a reservation, I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE RULES AND ANY OTHER ATTACHED PARK RULES. I also agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if I violate these rules and regulations, or falsely mis-represent any facts, without a refund of any prepaid fees. I affirm and certify that all the information and answers to questions herein are complete, true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of any facts called for in the reservation request may render it void and will be cause for termination of lot rent, whenever discovered.

- By making this reservation, I hereby accept and agree to the above Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions and all State, Federal and Local applicable laws.
- Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- Plaza Verde RV Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person, or property or thing howsoever caused.
- The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
- By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Plaza Verde RV for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plaza Verde RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Plaza Verde RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Plaza Vedre RV Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
